What CureCloudMed Does
CureCloudMed is a medical billing and credentialing company based in Fairfax, Virginia. We bill for more than 100 providers across 50+ specialties in more than 30 states, from solo therapists to multi-location specialty groups.

How We Work With a New Practice
We start with your aged AR, not your contract. Claims still inside the timely filing window are worked first, because they are the only ones that can still be recovered. Denials are grouped by cause rather than by date, so a recurring mistake is fixed once instead of appealed claim by claim. Only after that do we change how new claims go out.
Every month you get a report you can read in a few minutes: collections against charges, aged AR by bucket, denial reasons ranked by dollar value, and performance by payer. For practices we bill for, that approach has meant reimbursement per procedure up 12% and days in A/R down from 23 to 8.5.
Our Credentialing Team
The CureCloudMed Credentialing Team handles payer enrollment for our clients every day: CAQH ProView profiles and re-attestation, Medicare enrollment through PECOS, state Medicaid applications, and commercial panels such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Delta Dental. The team works from our Fairfax, Virginia office alongside our billing staff, so a new contract is loaded into billing the day it is approved.
The team also writes and maintains our credentialing guides. Each guide is based on applications we have filed, and it is reviewed and re-dated whenever a payer changes its forms, timelines or requirements:
