Our EMR and EHR specialists work in every major system. They use yours to improve your revenue cycle.
We do not ask you to change software. Our billers log in to the system you already use, in your own tenant, under their own named accounts. Your data never leaves your platform. Your staff keep the screens they know.
Our teams work every day in AdvancedMD, NextGen Healthcare, Epic, PrognoCIS and ICANotes. We also work in eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Kareo/Tebra, DrChrono, Practice Fusion, Office Ally and CollaborateMD. On the behavioral health side we work in SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, TheraNest and Valant; on the dental side in Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental.
Working in your system rather than exporting out of it matters more than it sounds. Charges are entered against the encounter your clinicians documented, so a coding change is visible to them the same day; payments post against the ledger your front desk quotes from, so nobody is reading a patient two different balances; and there is one audit trail rather than two systems to reconcile at month end.
Access is read and write only where the work requires it, under named accounts we can name to you, covered by a business associate agreement signed before anyone logs in. If your system supports role-based permissions we will tell you which role we need and why.
If your system is not on that list it is very unlikely to be a problem. What we need is claim entry, a way to reach the clearinghouse, and read access to the documentation that supports the claim. Tell us what you run and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
